Meet Claire: Our Green Chef
Inspired by a passion for wellness and baking, Claire began to utilize her talents in the kitchen to bring her art to pantries and bellies in her community. Beginning small, with a few staple recipes, she curated and created unique flavors to share with family and friends.
When people began to insist she start attending farmer's markets, she felt moved to begin Smart Cookies for Smart Cookies. With a small, woman-led team, she has just started this journey and is looking forward to showing the world that tantalizing, sustainable treats don't have to sacrifice taste.
